Kellie Bishop lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her husband and their black lab, Riley.
She is a full time travel consultant in her own agency and has given herself the title of Chief Possibility Officer. Kellie is an avid traveler herself and believes travel expands her awareness and compassion. Kellie’s favorite adventure, though, was and is being a mom. In 2002 Kellie’s world spun off its axis when her only daughter, Brittany Hope, died instantly in an automobile accident.
Years later when her son moved to Mississippi for law school, Kellie felt another profound life changing experience, an empty nest. This propelled Kellie to explore within, more deeply to find her purpose. She knows that happiness is an inside job, that life is a gift and there is HOPE for everyone. She shares messages to provoke thought, humor and inspire.
Kellie has held the idea for this website in her heart for a long time. When she read Maya Angelou’s quote, “When you learn, teach. When you get, give”, she knew she had to encourage others to have HOPE and share some of the wisdom, insight and perspective that has guided her to happiness again. At age 43, she believed the best of her life was behind her. Now she knows it is in the gift of each brand new baby day!
